"Self-worth through the Social Media" By Nyajuok
I found that idea of "what if the way you viewed yourself was because of social media." (Nyajuok, 2014) To be actually quite true. Not Just Pinterest but also Instagram. I feel like the social media likes to use images of models and celebrities and make young women believe that, that is in fact how they should look. I also agree with how a lot girls, put up pictures to gain more confidence, I personally do not do that but I have noticed it's a common thing. Especially because compliments have become more internet based and less in person.
